Terms of Use

Welcome to Adopt-a-Nation (the “Service”), a light-hearted entertainment quiz and AI photo tool operated by AI-MDS (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. If you are under the age of majority, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission.

2. What the Service does

• A 5-question personality quiz suggests a national team “persona” — purely for fun, with no sporting, betting, or predictive value.
• An optional feature lets you upload a photo and generates a stylised or AI-edited image of you in team-coloured kit. Generated images use generic colours only and are not official merchandise.
• A free image includes a watermark. A $0.99 purchase adds 5 credits, each of which removes the watermark from (unlocks) one HD image.

3. Your content and the photos you upload

• You may only upload a photo that you own or have permission to use, and that depicts you or a person who has consented. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any unlawful, infringing, or explicit content.
• You keep ownership of your photo. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the feature (including sending it to our AI processor to generate your image).
• You are responsible for how you use the images you download or share.

4. Payments and credits

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Apple Pay and Google Pay may be offered at checkout.
• A purchase grants 5 HD credits tied to your account. Credits are a digital, consumable entitlement, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
• Refunds: because credits unlock digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are final once a credit is used. If you were charged in error or a credit failed to deliver, contact us at admin@aimedqs.com and we’ll make it right.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to bypass, probe, or overload our security, rate limits, or bot protections; (b) use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service; (c) reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; (d) resell access or generated images as official merchandise; or (e) use the Service to create misleading, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

6. Intellectual property & trademarks

Team names and flags are used nominatively to describe the fun result. We do not reproduce official crests, sponsor logos, kit designs, or other third-party trademarks, and generated images are intentionally limited to generic colours. The Service, its code, and its original design are owned by AI-MDS.

7. Affiliate links

The Service may, in the future, include links to third-party retailers (currently shown as “coming soon”). If enabled, we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” for entertainment, without warranties of any kind. AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies or artefacts. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-MDS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months or USD $5.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
